Moist and flavorful banana bread that’s easy to make and perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
  3. Add baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Stir in flour until just combined.
  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes. Cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use overripe bananas for best flavor.
  • Can be stored in an airtight container for 3 days.
